Having experienced problems making DVD's with DVD Flick on Windows 7, I went in search of other free software that would do the job. I found a program called DVDStyler which seems to work fine on Windows 7, is very easy to use, and produces good results.  I had no problems working with Flip's .MP4 files, without any need for conversion.

I created a .pdf file showing exactly how I used this program to produce a DVD with four chapters and an easy-to-navigate menu.  If you're a member, contact me, and I'll send you the .pdf.
